Power and Glory Fitness in Ellwood City is a great way to get back in shape, get in shape for the first time, or take your fitness to levels you didn’t even think were possible. If you are looking for something different, and want something that works, you’re in the right place! We don’t use weight machines and we won’t put you on a treadmill. We use a combination of training methods that have been proven to get results. You will start seeing results from our training almost immediately!

Our programmed workouts are different each and every day, using movements you use day in and day out, and designed to elevate your heart rate for maximum effectiveness. You can sign up below to try a beginners class that is designed for you to get a taste of Power and Glory Fitness, whether you have worked out before or not. The first in Ellwood City, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Ben Davis, will teach you the movements used in our workouts, ensure proper form, motivate you throughout the workout, and answer any questions you have. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you, understand your history and your goals. It is also your opportunity for you to see what Power and Glory is all about and is your first step towards getting back in shape…or getting in shape for the first time! Each class, coaches will lead you through a warm-up, coach you in a skills session/review, and scale a Power and Glory Fitness Workout of the Day for you. You will receive extensive coaching to ensure safety, form, and maximum effort. Your coach will lead you through each and every workout!

Personal Coaching: Alternatively, you may benefit more from continuing your Power and Glory training through 1-on-1 personal coaching sessions. This is a great option if you have an injury or limitation, or if you don’t yet feel comfortable joining the group classes. You will receive the undivided attention of a qualified and professional coach, who will create a fitness program designed specifically for YOU, to help you reach your goals as quickly as possible.

Whether you continue on in the classes or with private coaching, you will never have to worry about figuring out what to do at the gym! You will also be joining a community that is supportive and truly wants you to succeed. The other athletes you see at the gym are friendly and will be cheering you on all the way! You will be held accountable by coaches who care, and we will do whatever we can to motivate you to stay consistent!

    I’m just getting over back surgery .it was on August 24 .i will be 79 on nov 13 . I would like to know if this would be something for me.i am going to therapy now 2times a week. I am on a healthy diet now . No sugar lots of protein and fruit and vegetables..
